A good BBQ Competition needs taste judges, and we're going to need A LOT! Please help us by letting us feed you for free and weigh in on what makes really good barbecue!
We strongly recommend only sign up for ONE category because you will be eating a lot of different entries for that category. we have seen even the biggest guys tap out, so please come hungry!
We will do our best to accommodate your category request but they will be filled in a first come first serve order so register today.
Times for Judging are as follows: Noon for Chicken, 1:30 pm for Pork Spare Ribs, 3:00 pm for Brisket. All tasting judges need to be checked in 45 minutes before their scheduled time.
NOTE:
IBCA requires judges to be 16 years of age or older
