80/20 Split
Meat to be cooked and turn in times:
Noon: Chicken - 1 Half Chicken (Complete with wing, breast, thigh, and Leg.)
1:30 pm: Pork Spare Ribs - (Required: 8 Individual Pork Spare Ribs.)
3:00 pm: Brisket - (Required: 8 Slices.)
Your Equipment must fit in the 30' wide X 40' deep space. No guest Vehicles are permitted in the cooking area. Outside vehicles will park in the adjacent lot.
On September 5 the cooking teams move in starts at noon. Tray pick up is from 4 pm to 6 pm with cooking teams meeting will be at 6 pm.
